In order to do everything possible to explore the potential for innovation, they took up the burden, took steps, based on the position, and started to think, and found that improving the vacuum degree of the generator set can improve the thermal efficiency of the turbine, thereby reducing fuel consumption, reducing the company's energy costs, and bringing significant economic benefits in long-term operation. At the same time, it can also reduce the thermal stress and fatigue damage of the equipment, which helps to improve the reliability and safety of the equipment. Therefore, the research team of the energy and power plant has worked hard to improve the vacuum degree of the generator set.
In order to ensure the feasibility of the improvement plan, the research team first conducted a feasibility analysis from the aspects of personnel allocation, production input, production trend and related resource allocation. After confirming the feasibility, the team members sorted out the production process and analyzed the influence of each process on the vacuum degree. After site investigation, inspection and data analysis, it is determined that the main reasons affecting the vacuum degree of generator set are filling blockage, copper pipe scaling, poor water quality and circulating water displacement.
The research team developed two treatment measures for each of the main causes, and selected the best. In view of the problem of filling blockage, the water pipe, spray head and filling of the water tower inside the water tower were disassembled, new materials were replaced, and scattered packing fell inside the water tower basin was cleaned to prevent it from entering the condenser again.
In view of the problem of copper pipe scaling, the condenser is disassembled by the large cover, the scale inside the condenser copper pipe is checked, and the chemical drugs are used to clean the condenser copper pipe for two days and two nights in conjunction with the water treatment manufacturer, to soften the scale inside the copper pipe and improve the heat transfer effect.
In view of the poor water quality of the water tower, the water supply of the gas tank was changed to the internal water of the power generation water tower, increasing the water supply flow of the water tower, and self-made dehydrated water was diverted to the pool in front of the water tower, increasing the water supply, and the pipeline was laid. The water supply reached about 30t per hour, improving the water quality of the water tower.
For the problem of circulating water replacement is not timely, communicate with energy, water treatment and other departments, control the outlet valve, reduce the amount of sewage, so that the sewage time is extended, this measure does not require cost input; After controlling the exit door, the water tower discharge is replaced by elastic time.
Through the layers of research, this improvement greatly improves the vacuum of the generator set, the same gas consumption per hour to increase the power generation of 20MW, it is estimated that the annual effect of about 27.6016 million yuan.
