At the meeting, Zheng Yuping of the ironmaking plant reported the guarantee measures for stable production and consumption reduction throughout the month, and units such as blast furnace workshops and equipment departments reported work on problems affecting production. In order to restrict the bottleneck of production, the ironmaking plant has clarified specific indicators in terms of coke supply, coal injection, sinter, pellets, lump ore, oxygen enrichment, equipment spare parts support, and comprehensive furnace grade, and focused on refining specific measures to stabilize internal production. First, the blast furnace system is required to train the internal work, must maintain the air oxygen operation, and set targets for the silicon content of hot metal, average air temperature, coal ratio, load in the process of weighing, iron before the furnace, hot metal transportation, and other aspects of the furnace and water system maintenance index decomposition; The second is to charge the auxiliary section with reasonable planning, control the amount of the upper silo, and do a good job in the transfer of iron ladle for hot metal transportation, and further focus on key work such as energy saving and electricity consumption.
In terms of energy control, Zheng Yuping of the ironmaking plant requires the coal injection section to further refine measures, and save production electricity consumption by grasping the peak-avoidance management of large equipment such as coal injection mills. At the same time, the BF workshop combined with the operation section to refine the BF BPRT operation guarantee measures. Since the top pressure of the blast furnace needs to be stably adjusted after the turbine is put into operation to prevent the turbine from automatically breaking off, the top pressure of the turbine into and out of operation section is adjusted, and 60KPa is reduced on the original basis to shorten the turbine withdrawal time and improve the unit's working efficiency. In order to shorten the unit exit time, the BPRT control room starts to warm up the unit when the top pressure of the blast furnace reaches a certain state after the blast furnace reblast. In addition, when the blast furnace condition is adjusted, the top pressure does not reach the BPRT unit self-retreat critical point, no longer manual retreat, reduce the unit due to furnace condition problems frequent retreat and input, each time can extend the turbine input time of 20 minutes, saving the company's electricity cost.
