Analysis of current situation

Air compressors are divided into centrifugal compressors and axial flow compressors. In the prior art, when the used filter element is cleaned and reused, the gas is generally blown directly, from the inside out or from the outside in the air to clean the filter element, and the thickness of the air filter element is generally 100mm, when the direct air is used to clean the filter element, because the gas pressure is not large enough, it is not possible to remove the dust on the outside of the filter element for a long time.

Research measures

In order to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art, the equipment department of Hebei Xinda Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. developed a radial swirl reverse blowing filter element cleaning device, which can remove dust particles on the filter element from the inside out. The device comprises a gas storage tank, a cleaner and a dust collector, which are successively connected by pipes. The cleaner is provided with a main shaft, the center of the main shaft is provided with an airway, the outer wall of the main shaft is provided with a blade, the main shaft wall body is provided with a through hole, one end of the main shaft is closed, the other end is connected with the outlet of the gas storage tank through a pipeline, the bottom of the main shaft is provided with a filter element seat, the filter element is arranged on the filter element seat and surrounds the main shaft, the filter element seat is provided with a positioning ring.

The blades are distributed on the outer wall of the main shaft, and the cross-sectional area of the airflow channel in the blade is gradually reduced, and the width of the nozzle at the nozzle is 2-3mm. The inner ring of the bearing between the filter element seat and the spindle is fixed to connect the spindle, and the outer ring is fixed to connect the filter element seat. The upper clamping part and the lower clamping part are rotatively connected, the upper clamping part is fixed in the center of the vertical rod, the lower clamping part is interfered with in the top center of the filter element, and the two bearings are connected by the positioning plate. The bottom of the spindle is connected with the pipe and fixed with nuts.

After the gas is blown out through the nozzle, the flow rate can reach the speed of sound, the high-speed gas blows the filter element, and the cleaning efficiency is high. The bottom of the filter element is fixed on the filter base by the positioning ring, the top of the filter element is fixed on the top rod by the fixing clip, the vertical position of the filter element is fixed in the process of rotation, and the dust particles on the filter element are removed completely.
